Villa Sanza maintains a calm and respectful hosted atmosphere. Certain upper-level areas are occasionally used discreetly by the owner, who remains mindful of guests’ privacy and personal space at all times.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ninety percent (90,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Sixty percent (60,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
