Villa Risya is a brand new two story 4 BR Villa is able to accommodate up to a total of 8 guests. Each room in the property is equipped with an all-brand-new AC, a flat-screen TV, working desks, and a private en-suite bathroom. The property provides a comfortable sunken sofa space and a smart TV in the main living area, a private pool, and garden with daybeds available for you to rest and bask in the tropical weather after exploring the island, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Also a big open space area within the second floor with an outdoor BBQ grill, perfect for cookouts and creating those intimate moments with friends and family, a private office space on the second floor is equipped with free high-fiber optic Wi-Fi, a big work desk, and a thinking couch to help ease your thought process during your holiday.

Please note there is construction nearby which could cause noise and dust in and outside the villa. The rental price takes into account this inconvenience.

Natural Surroundings:
Our villa is nestled in a natural environment, and bugs may occasionally find their way indoors. We employ preventive measures, but given the outdoor setting, it is not uncommon to encounter insects.
We proactively manage and mitigate bug presence, including regular inspections, cleaning routines, and collaboration with pest control professionals. However, it is challenging to eliminate all potential entry points.
If you encounter any issues during your stay, such as bugs, please inform our staff immediately. We will address your concerns promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure your comfort. We appreciate your understanding of the dynamics of living in a natural setting. Bugs play a role in maintaining ecological balance, and our efforts aim to find a harmonious coexistence

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy percent (70,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
